Hi - I bought my first property for a STR! Now I have to furnish the property as well as make some improvements to the property by hiring contractors. If I have not set up my LLC yet, is it wise to create an LLC and get a business credit card for those expenses? Or would it be okay to pay those expenses with a personal credit card?

I am trying to utilize the STR tax advantage to maximize on bonus depreciation in 2023. Thanks in advance for your response!

Thank you everyone! I'm gearing towards hiring a GC. It's hard to find a reliable GC. Can you provide some tips on how to identify a good GC during the vetting process?

For example, if I want to some work done with upgrading a pool, the kitchen, floors, install accent lighting and landscaping. What are the pros and cons?
