I am living overseas and I am not a US citizen nor a Permanent resident. I just realized that title companies don't accept ACH transfers, which most online banks only can do ACH transfers. That means I need to open an actual business account. However, due to covid, I cannot travel to the U.S. right now. I wonder if there's anyone who has the same problem but has a solution to it?

I do have money in my personal account and my LLC is a single-member LLC.

Hi, I currently don't live in the US and I don't have a status either. It means I'm non-us citizen nor permanent resident, so I can't open business account with bank like Citi, BOA etc.  I tried to open an account with Mercury but it got rejected with no reason. I wonder if I'm able to US transwise or brex, which are cash management account. It allows me to transfer money out and receive money, has any of you tried?

@Michael Plaks I live in NY but I will be moving back to my home country (China) soon. so in that case, re-organize will help me save the $800, right?

@Eamonn McElroy thank you for your advice. I totally forgot about the $800 LLC tax...

@Michael Plaks Thank you for your explanation. so if I want to register LLC in the state where I am buying, am I supposed to find a licensed attorney in that state? or it doesn't matter where the attorney is located, because I live in NY.

My Cousin and I have LLC in California, and under the LLC we have a parcel of land. We registered the LLC in California and our CPA is in California as well. Both of us are not U.S. citizens or Greencard holders.

Due to some issues with the land, we decided to sell the land and to exchange for an apartment building in another state (we are looking at AZ, CO, FL, and TX, if that's necessary).

My question is: do I need to register a new LLC in the state where the building is located, then transfer the replacement property from California LLC to the new LLC? Also, can my CPA in California open a new LLC for us?

@Ronak Shahoh wow that's very cool and smart.

The person who came up with the RV storage plan wanted to have a 24/7 security guard, which is a huge expense because I also need to provide the person a place to live.

We had homeless problem on the lot before (it is located near Los Angeles, by simply put gate, light, and camera, is it enough?

Hi,

for everyone who owns an RV/ boat storage, do you have an on-site manager or security guard 24/7? I have vacant land that I want to turn into an RV storage, however, I just don't know about the security guard. If I pay security guards with three shifts, the salary will take a big portion of my operation expense. But I also want 24/7 access.

is there any way to allow people to have 24/7 access but don't have people on-site 24/7?
