I've seen several questions on this forum looking for the best CRM. Some people seemed irritated by how much customization they had do to the CRM to fit into real estate use cases.

If there was the perfect real estate CRM, how do you think it would look like? By that, I mean:
- What kind of problems would it solve for you?
- What features would it have?

@Parker T. I just came across this Google Docs video and thought you would definitely find this useful.

Check out the video here http://techcrunch.com/2014/03/11/google-launches-add-on-store-for-google-docs/. Now, Google Docs and Google Spreadsheet can have add-ons (including Mailchimp) so that you can easily input data into the spreadsheet and format it using Google Docs and send it using Mailchimp!

@Javon Dixon I recently started using Todoist (https://todoist.com) for all my todos. I like its simple user interface, multi-platform support (I'm using it on Google Chrome as an extension, in Gmail as a plugin, on Android as an app) and powerful labelling system. It also integrates nicely with other calendar programs such as Google Calendar or Apple Calendar app by exporting iCalendar feed (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICalendar).

Also, as @Cliff Goodrich mentioned, you can create multiple calendars on Google Calendar (see below).

Another awesome app (web app) that can help you stay organized is Trello. It's a digital kanban board (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kanban_board). Very intuitive to use and it's all free. You can also collaborate with your team members. Check out how the Trello development team is using the board at https://trello.com/b/nC8QJJoZ/trello-development for an example.

Hope this helps!

Part of what you want can be addressed using "mail merge" feature in Gmail/Google Spreadsheet (https://developers.google.com/apps-script/articles/mail_merge). But it requires that you know how to understand/write code a bit.

@Account Closed If you like IFTTT, you might also want to check out https://zapier.com. They do pretty similar things but zapier seems to be gaining a lot of momentum (especially in enterprise market) and integrate with lots of web services.
