Hello All, I am City Operations manager of Lodging Home, a Miami based property management company supporting the growing short-term market under the sharing economy concept. Working in this field, I have learned many techniques to prepare units in order to get the most profit from the asset. Besides being the eyes of the property owner, my duties include; finding the best tenant,managing housekeeping, managing maintenance and 24 hour concierge.
