@Matthew Irish-Jones, thanks for the input. I feel the same way regarding project management to any projects such as the Gantt Charts, multiple vendors. I can definitively see how one milestone change can affect others. I’ll have to interview contractors to do the job. I imagine you had a SOW for each contractor.

Hello,

I'm a software project manager and looking to do an OOS BRRRR in the future. I'd like to see if anyone has any experience doing a BRRRR as a project manager (construction) remotely. I'd like to compare how software and construction project managing are similar in nature.... i.e. project schedule, Scope of Work, Milestones, Scope summary, risks/issue log, Deliverable Acceptance Notifications, and all the PM knowledge areas and processes.
