I just reached out to my mortgage broker on refinancing my 4-unit rental property in NJ.

I was curious what refi rates folks are seeing for multi family.

Thanks in advance.

Happy Holidays to All!

Has anyone who has submitted an EIDL application received any emails/links to provide the filing requirements & personal financial statements included in the SBA powerpoint David Hulit(OP) provided a few days ago?  I submitted an application and have not received.  I assume it will be the next step in the SBA process.

I used 6 months of rent to be on the safe side.  Hopefully that is enough...Best of luck everyone.

@Heather U. @Lyle Cooper

I think the EIDL was the recommended loan option for rental property landlords if I read the early parts of this thread correctly...

@Edward R.

I just submitted my application. I received the application # but the message said they will email you if they need additional information.

I have used Andrews FCU for a HELOC on my personal residence. They gave me up to 95% of the value at the time - 2015-2016 time frame.

Hi Mikael, not sure if you were still interested, but I just opened up a HELOC with Penfed on my rental property. The experience was great! They were very fast and didn't even require an appraisal. The only little hiccup during the application review process is that their website to upload documents is a little confusing, and I missed one of their follow up requests since the communication thread on their portal isn't very clear. I called a few days later and asked for a status update, which is when they told me there was an outstanding follow up that I needed to address.

Thanks for the info. What was the LTV and rate?

Thanks!
