@Peter T.

Thank you for your reply.

Are you offering legal services? What are my friends options?

Hi

Not sure if this is the right category to post it but I’ll try.

A friend of mine is being sued by his tenant because a construction work should be taking place in that complex soon and the tenant claims he wasn’t notified of that prior to signing the lease.

He wanted %50 discount for the remaining months of lease (two more) and when my friend offered %15 the tenant refused any sort of settlement including a compensation of $1000 and filed a lawsuit for the amount of $4500.

The property is in Colorado, has anyone dealt with this situation before? Any recommendations for a good legal advice?

Thank you

Hi,

I'm looking into investing in Cleveland Ohio. I want to buy either a multi family or a few SFR and

I would love to get some advice about what areas are better and what areas I better stay away from.

Is there anybody who is an expert or really familiar with Cleveland neighborhoods and streets?

chris, thank you very much for replying, actually a guy from your team did contact me this morning, I will look at what he sent me  and probably schedule another call with him.

It's funny but you seem the most responsive of them all since I see you take your time to answer on BiggerPockets, which I think is great.

If you will approve my request I would like to send you a PM  since probably the best answer I will get will be from you

I called Memphis Invest about three times lately, each time they took my name, number for call back and email,  but until this moment  no one has called me back. This is completely the opposite from what I read other people saying about the company. Zero responsiveness and a pretty bad customer service as well (at least when you're not a customer yet).  If three different times the representative took a note and promised me someone will call me within 24 hours, I expect it to happen.

Maybe they have enough business and they don't need anymore.

Hi,

I'm fairly new to RE investing and have been reading a lot and listening to lots of podcasts in the past couple of months.

I have met some very knowledgeable and interesting people through BiggerPockets and I would like to meet other real estate investors from Los Angeles area, may it be for a lunch, coffee or a ride along.

I'm always happy to help other people with my skills and knowledge within my circle of competence or even with Internet solutions or other real estate related tasks you may need to get done, so I can be valuable for you as well.

Thank you and looking forward to expand my network.

Yaniv
