It will based on your personal credit only if you gave theme your ssn# and PG, but you could give your duns# and other info and get unsecured LOC if your profile settled up right!

there are some MF that located at the border ow war zones, if crime move away from that border you might expect more equity + cash flow, if not than it's still that D area. Good luck!

read the book again!!! after 1 year you can refinance and use a part of that money for second MF or SFH as a down payment. Find out what is equity!!!
