I’ve took the self taught route with real estate and have managed to land 2 decent  assignment deals after staying at it for a while. I have done my fair due diligence on redeemable tax deeds here in Georgia and have just a few more needed questions. Can anyone recommend some helpful (wholesale)Law Firms in GA that tend to give advice/info about laws and regulations? I need to understand the paperwork of assigning a redeemable deed to a end buyer. Thank you!

First answer is yes.  Second answer is it depends.  The market for buyers on QCD is going to be smaller so you are limiting your market with a QCD but we buy/sell homes all the time via QCD just need to find the right parties.

Do you know anywhere on the internet I can find something to inform me on the paperwork process of wholesaling a property with a quitclaim deed that one received from the county paying the taxes owed?
