To the experience real estate investors: Do you like when a wholesaler sells you something off the MLS? What makes it a good deal?

Thanks to everyone. I didn't know whether taxes would be a deal breaker for wholesaling a property.

To Philip the ARV is around $75-80k.

I would like to wholesale a property but it has a $16k in back taxes and needs $20k in repairs. Most I would offer for the property is $10k- $15k. The repairs is normal for a distressed property but taking care of the back taxes could really break this deal. Would this deal be worth my while?

Can someone walk me step by step to creating a llc and then selling the llc for a wholesale deal?

How do I build a buyers list when active investors/landlords have a realtor they are working with?

you mentioned all the bad stuff about apartment. so fix and then try to rent it out. again

Does anyone know where I can find a lists of banks that do or don't do double closings? Or can someone tell me right off hand. I would like to wholesale reo's in the future doing double closings.
