Hi everyone.


My name is Yacov, I'm from Tel Aviv, Israel, really happy to be here!

I just finished reading the great book "Rental property Investing"

and would really like to start my journey of real estate in the US.

I have 2 single homes at Germany ( can advise if anyone is interested).

I have a question regarding mortgage for foreigners, is it possible in the US (with reasonable interest)?

I googled it, but maybe some of you guys have some experience and can guide me about that topic?
