Since I am planning for a tourist hotel, the shower makes sense as you have highlighted. 

Thanks @Karen O.. Unfortunately, it will have to be only 1 bathroom. I am not sure if I could allow for a tub and a shower, given the space I have.

For a guesthouse for travellers, would it be better that I keep showerheads or bathtubs? 

The place is near the beach and they have access to the sea all day. But I am also considering a small swimming pool.

Initially I thought this was an international forum related to all sorts of investments. Later I found out that this is perhaps more related to investments in the US (I might be wrong here).

I came here to learn more about investments and investors in general. I want to know more about how this works, since I have a long term plan of partnering with international investors. 

I am in my 30, now planning a guesthouse for rental (since tourism has always been a good market here) 

I am sure the forum posts will be of immense help for me. I hoping to learn more about real-estate investments and investing in business.
