@Eric Johnson thank you for the insight. I am new to investing in mf. So mostly I am using the model that I read in the ABCs of real estate investing. I do have some experience with single family. I really just want to make sure that I am doing it the right way and have yet to find a mentor to work with. Funding the is coming from out of pocket and through family that are looking to invest with me so that part is taken care of. Lastly, I have not looked into the rest (75%) of the funding. But I greatly appriciate the advice as that is what I am going to look into.

I am looking to aquire small multi-family properties (8 to 32 units) in the Houston metro area. I am on the stage of building a team. Does anyone know of a good attorney and accountant in the Houston area with experience in multi-family properties?
