I am just starting on journey in to Real Estate investing. Though I don't mind spending money on a good quality education there are so many carpet baggers out there it is hard to choose a good education. I would very much appreciate your opinions on this subject. I would value the opinion of people that "do" and not just make money selling info on how to.
