Post: How can I help other investors when I can't do manual labor?

Hello Biggerpockets! My name is Chris and I currently live in Midvale, Utah with my Wife and our son. I've recently been injured and I'm unable to do manual labor. I'm wondering, what are some things I could do to support other investors and learn the ropes in the process?

I am currently working to bring together a team focused on multi family rental properties. I'm interested in networking with and supporting other investors who are operating at levels above where I am and learning from them. Even if I'm not getting paid, I want to contribute to what you're doing so I can learn for the long haul.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. I hope you are having a great week.

Thank you for posting this question here. I'm really serious about multi family properties and looking forward to learning from those who comment here.

Hello Biggerpockets!

My name is Chris and I'm from Midvale, Utah. I'm really stoked to say I just started working towards my license tonight. I've finished one course just starting out and I've been digging into all the benefits for investors who have their license. I'm really looking forward to learning more and working with those who are focused on multi family properties.

My plans are to get into small multi family in Salt Lake County as soon as possible. I'm meeting some great people already and can't wait to see where it goes from here. If anyone has any advice to offer an aspiring new agent, please share it in a reply.

Thank you for your time and please feel free to contact me if I can help you with anything from where I'm at.
