Hello Everyone,

I am in the process of closing on my home in Long Beach, CA. I wanted to reach out to see if there are any casual real estate meet up's going on in the area. Looking to meet and make new friends.

Respectfully,

Xavier

@Nathan Gesner Thank you for responding to my question. I like your perspective on finding someone with a similar lifestyle and similar spiritual attributes. I will definitely take that into consideration with my search.

@Account Closed Thank you, that is a great suggestion.

I’m an the process of closing on a condo near downtown Long Beach. And wanted to ask what’s the best way to find a Roomate, and how does one go about drafting a lease as well.

I live In California and am seriously considering buying a property in the Chicago area.

The home is a duplex, and I wanted to know how can one verify the rents in an area. As well as find out how much section8 will pay for a home in that area? All information is greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance,

Xavier Wilson

Hello Everyone,

I am looking into purchasing a 2 unit multi-family in a C class neighborhood. The unit is in the 50k price range and is cash flowing, but I am wondering if I should step out of my comfort zone and try to flip it, thoughts?

@Justin Craver

Thank you for providing feedback to my questions, I really appreciate it!

Respectfully,

Xavier Wilson

Hello,

I am close to having a $55,000 home out of state under contract, and I wanted to ask how does one find a bank lender for this amount especially with the purchase being out of state?

I am coming close to having a home under contract, And I wanted to know peoples thoughts and experiences with Self Directed IRA's as a financing option.

I am new to real estate, but am looking into making my first investment. I live in California but have heard there are great deals in the Carolinas.
