Gist:

-401K loan at 5.75% interest(It isn't my primary residence so I have to go with a standard loan option) 5 years/$560month repayment

-Never done a rehab or know anyone in the business so I am just asking for some eyes on rehab estimates for homes. What to expect, things to consider, rule of thumb for how much these costs

-Rental rates are in the median of $1200 and the home is <30K

-Doesn't cash flow very much, but will drastically increase when I pay myself back/pay loan off. this is due to having a "mortgage" I have to pay back in 1/6th of the time as opposed to a traditional 30-year mortgage.
