Hello everyone of BP! So I had a question regarding getting my realtors license. I was talking to a succesful real estate investor yesterday about me starting my realtor classes. He told me that I shouldn't get it and that it'll actually be more of a handicap then an edge. How true is this and what are your opinions?

Hello everyone my name is Xavier Morales. I am a young aspiring investor. Investing and learning has become an obsession of mine. My main focus right now is to learn how to become a successful real estate wholesaler of single family homes here in Katy or Houston Tx. If anyone on her has tips or advice please share.
