Looking for mentoring in wholesaling!!!!

I am extremely late guys and I appreciate all of the feedback given to me know that I utilized them and closed on my home 6months ago using FHA @ 3.5% down and a 203k renovation loan. currently have a tenant that's lived in the property for 10 years in 1 unit. did not want to bump up her rent due to the fact that shes been here and she will continue to be here a look after the property when I leave so she is my eyes while I'm gone haha. during the deal was able to negotiate half closing cost came out of pocket a total of 15k to pay all down payment and closing cost.

This house has not put me in a good standing paying little to nothing for mortgage current going to start planning my next steps renovations I did on my own. hoping to get into wholesaling possible looking into some information before that comes into reality.  We will see wish me luck. 

I work in New Haven I get off of work at 7pm I would like to attend this event to meet a few fellow investors in New Haven county.

Would like to start Wholesaling any advice anyone can give me on how to get started. Currently own 2 units in my real estate journey. Any tips would help that has helped you.

@ Steve Bracero thanks 1% make sense and that all rents combines right? Or is that per unit?

I'm New to this just signed up been listening to biggerpockets podcast lately and it is so refreshing. I am completely new to real estate but would like to learn as much as I possible can in the area of Bridgeport Connecticuit. I do not have any properties I really just have no idea how to get started its a scary thing
