I am from Milwaukee and I moved to Washington State 2 years. I am looking to invest back home, but I have a hard time finding deals. I have one person that sends me deals, but they aren't the best or well thought. I would like to get on a mailing list for some wholesalers in the southeastern Wisconsin area, specifically Milwaukee.

God willing, I will be closing on my first house in the Pasco - Kennewick - Richland area in a few weeks. This will be my own residence and my first transaction. I am looking to go full bore investing after I get this experience under my belt. Does anyone know a good, reasonable real estate lawyer in the area that works with investors? If they are the right fit for me, I plan to start my LLC as soon as I secure my first investment, my own home. Any help would be appreciated.

Are there any contractors on this site in the Kennewick, Pasco, Richland areas on Central Washington that have done flips before? Or, do you have someone that you would recommend? If so, please direct me to them. I am looking to take on a flip and would like a contractor to take a look at the property with me before I go for hard money.
