Hello everyone. I’m just starting out and I was wondering if there’s anyone in the state of Michigan that would be interested in talking real estate.

How do you find the amount paid per year(or month or season) in taxes by mobile home parks. I know taxes are extremely important in underwriting but I’m not sure how I’m supposed to find this value to put into my numbers(don’t worry I’m not buying it just practicing running numbers)

I was wondering if I could pick some of your brains. I’m a sophomore in college right now(19) and my college is 2 hours away from where I currently live. I have a stable job as a cook at Applebee’s making 11.50$ and while school is in I work 20-30 hours and summer I work 40 hours. I’ve had the job since juneish 2020 and they said I’d be able to transfer to another store around where my school is. I have around 4K saved up so far and my girlfriend also works part time and goes to college in the same area. I’ve been learning about real estate and I’ve wondered if I saved up money would it be reasonable for me to start investing in a duplex/triplex and house hack either next semester or next year at the start of the school year?
