Can anyone recommend an investor friendly title company in the DFW area? Specifically one that is familiar with assignment of contracts or double escrow??

So I might have my 1st deal. There are 3 houses all of them are vacant, right next to each of other and owned by the same person she lives in the same state about 2 hours away from me. The question is basically Is what I am attempting to do even possible?

I live in Texas btw

 But can you use a contract other than a TREC one

Would any wholesalers in Texas mind sending me a copy of the contracts they used, it would be greatly appreciated!!!!

So I found out the house is in great condition almost perfect haven't made an offer for it, yet because I'm not sure if this house is perfect for a wholesale type deal. The owner wants $90,000 for it but the house is appraised for $66,000. I dont know what to do here someone help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

okay so I've called the owner and now I'm just wanting to speak to the property manager so I can see the inside of the place

So I might have found my first deal. I'm in Texas and the owner is in Louisana

The only problem is it's owned by an out of state owner I know its possible to still wholesale the property. Can someone please tell me how do I go about this?
