@Joseph Konney hey! I actually stay about 5 minutes from the west side Austin area. I’ve tried twice to purchase properties but it just didn’t work out. How many units do you have? Do you have a lot of issues with tenants? Are you a buy and hold investor? What’s your criteria for purchasing properties on the west side? I honestly feel that I would have great success dealing with the west side I’m just curious about the trials and tribulations dealing with high crime in that area and if it’s worth it.

@Rich Wilken hey thanks for replying. Which neighborhoods do you invest in? Do you buy and hold? If so, which kind of properties? Chicago’s some what expensive, what exactly is your criteria when you’re looking to invest?

I've been listening to BP for about a year now. Finally moving forward with REI. I'd like to here from some Chicago base realtors who are also investors. Would love to pick your brain. Thanks in advance!
