@Andrew Kwiatkowski I'm in Bellingham, but I'm overseas more often than not.

Thank you for the warm welcome, everybody! I'm currently on a waiting list for a property with a turnkey agency that I checked out as well as I was able. So far, everything (including what I could find here) looks pretty solid on them. So, hopefully, I'll have my first rental within the next 2-3 months.

I've looked at trying to diversify markets as far as turnkey properties, but so far have only found one company that I feel confident with. I'd love to talk with anybody about reputable companies in other parts of the country if they're interested.

My name is Reid, and I currently have zero real estate experience. I spent several years in the Army, and got out a few short years ago. Unfortunately, my current career is in a related field; spending a lot of time in unpleasant places.

I'm looking for an exit strategy, and real estate seems to be a solid direction to try. I'm currently looking at Turnkey agencies, as I'm just interested in cash flow and the minimum amount of hassle for myself.

I'm slowly making my way through the huge amount of information on the site, and learning quite a bit!
