Hi everyone,

I'm a 18 year old trying to get out of a tough situation at home. I have a good credit score, 16k saved, I make around 24k a year at my job, and I am looking for some advice on what my next steps should look like when it comes to buying a home with the FHA loan. Wondering if what I make at the moment is enough for me to qualify for a big enough loan to house hack. If not, what would you guys

recommend me to do so I can eventually get to househack.
