The problem is that I'm not in the market so I'm not sure how efficient it will be to.manage from distance. I'm open to suggestions

I'm closing on a vacation home soon and I'm trying to figure it out the property management company for the place. I will appreciate a few recommendations from current investors in the area.

The property is a new built and the purchase price will be 352 and probably another 15k to 20k to furnished and decorated. Its a 5 bedroom townhouse with a pool. Its inside of Solterra resort.
