@Greg Baca I'm using PNC mortgage. Awesome place. A lot of other mortgage companies have really specific loan considerations for condos/houses/duplexes that PNC did not. I really recommend them

Hi, I'm 22 and stationed in San Diego CA buying my first condo in Gainesville FL. HOA fees are 7.44 a month. Cash flow is 294+ (if my numbers are right). I'd appreciate if anyone would comment any advice or tips I should know going forward? Looking to buy it and rent it out long term

@Greg Baca hey man I'm doing the same thing. 22 and everything. I'm using the bigger pockets cash flow method and just staying vigilant. Closing on a place may 23rd and I'm super excited
