Hello folks,

I've been listening to BP podcasts for sometime now, and have decided to finally get involved in the forums. I have a question for you experts.

I am a 23 year old male who currently analyzes deals, meets sellers, and puts homes under contract for my investors that I work for. After working for 5 months and analyzing deals, I would now like to get a piece of the real estate pie.

I am currently looking for a multi family home that I can live in and house hack. My question is: What criteria should I use?

- I know Brandon says: 12% cash on cash return, $100 per month per unit cash flow, and 20% equity. - If someone could elaborate more on these I would greatly appreciate it.
