@Dan Bottiglieri For properties in the Sunbelt AC problems are common and the PM’s approach to fixing it matters a lot, overlooking a small repair and going straight for replacement is costly

Is it possible to put less than 25% down on a multifamily investment property using conventional financing? The lenders I've talked to have all expressed that 25% is the minimum (20% would be ideal for me).
