My understanding was that they do have the IDX integration, I’ll copy what their pricing page says per their website (since I’m still not sure how to insert a screenshot into the forum):

Are these all different from what you’re talking about?

I also thought it was a “leave it and forget it” type website platform since they have automatic blog posts that you can schedule to build your SEO/search rank results with.

I'm having a hard time finding reviews online of other agents experience with Carrot for their new agent websites. I've heard good things about the investor sites, but haven't heard from anyone on their experiences on Carrot's new agent websites.

Does anyone have feedback, reviews, experience, etc. about them? I'm considering getting an agent site from them.

Thanks for sharing and being vulnerable. This has been a fun post to follow. I've been looking into investing in the Atlanta area as well. 

When do you expect to finish all of the rehab work and list the house? How big of a difference was this date from your original date?

What have been your top 3 things you've learned from your first flip?

How did you find this deal?

How did you calculate your numbers - your ARV, rehab costs, how long the rehab would take, etc.?
