I am in a fortunate position of being privately backed on all of my deals. If I see it as a legit deal, I will lock it up and hold on to it.
My company does setup at the in town REIA events, I try to make it down to as many as possible.

In my short time, I have definitely been fortunate to connect myself with some very serious buyers.
I have been very successful recognizing many different strategies by my different buyers, and then researching specific pros and cons of said strategies. There are many paths to success in this ridiculous market, and I like to make the most of every serious lead.
I have yet to close a package deal, all of my deals have been individual deals. So to say the least, paperwork/organization skills have seasoned very quickly. But... I'm always looking to get better.

Hi everyone, I am a long time lurker of this forum, and thought I would finally join in a few discussions.

I am a real estate agent, investor, and wholesaler. I specialize in buy-fix-sell (flip) deals and have a resume of dealing with investment rental deals in the Atlanta area as well.

I have spent the last year learning the business, and meeting as many people as possible. I have closed just under 70 deals in my first six months as a licensed real estate agent, and am always looking for new investors, contractors, wholesalers, etc, to add to my network.

I look forward to generating leads and relationships by means of the interwebs, and I just enjoy talking about investment real estate.
