Hey Phil,

I live here in Memphis and can say from experience that Tennessee makes it easy to setup an Llc.  Doesn't mean its a necessity to have it formed here but it is a fairly straight-forward process.  If you have any specific questions I'd be happy to connect with my attorney for advice.  All the best and let me know if I can help in anyway.

Quote from @Aaron Rushton:

Looking to start in Memphis buying long-term rentals or flipping. I would love to connect with people who have experience in this area or even a mentor. If there is anyone who is using a trust to transfer mortgages to their LLC, I would love to shadow and learn more.

I am currently living in Oregon but will be relocating as soon as i can to Tennessee and starting an LLC. if anyone has a great roadmap, that would be extremely welcomed.

 Aaron,

If you need anything from a local agent in Memphis before you move down, I’d be happy to help.

Sincerely,

Scott Gresham

I have a friend that lives in a well-kept neighborhood, no HOA, but he lives next door to a vacant home with a tree that has fallen on the back of the house. There is a hole in the roof, and it has been that way for the better part of the year. He can't get in touch with the owner listed on the deed. Is this just something he has to report to the city or there are any other actions he can take?

I began the year logging my physical activity, nutrition, and daily learning.  The routine of doing that at a set time every day has kept me accountable and led to more business development focused record keeping.  I have been encouraged with the accountability and plan to keep running logs throughout.  I am a big advocate!

Hey Sean,

Mike hit the nail on the head with price range, but I am local Memphis agent and would love to connect any time to work through some options.  Feel free to reach out any time.
