Hey guys, I am knew to the forms but I decided to sign up after reading an article that really inspired me. Being a sophomore in college, I am trying to figure out what I want to do with the rest of my life. My dad is in commercial realestate in Memphis and could be an incredible mentor for me. He owns several apartment buildings in Memphis and I have been working as an assistant manager their ever since the summer going into 8th grade. I've gotten to learn a lot about the apartment business through working with the maintenance men and helping out in the managers office, along with every other little task that no one else had the time to do. I typed in "do I want to get into real estate" into google and came across this website along with Brandon Turners article, "How to Start Investing at a Young Age", which got me motivated to start learning now rather than waiting until I am older. I look forward to expanding my knowledge of this career path.
