Hey @Georgui Kasaev  I will definitely check out the website "night before the exam".

I can definitely see how having access to NAR for property reports provides an advantage. I just checked out the site and I already found lot of useful information that will keep me busy until I get my license.

Your response and advice is much appreciated!

@Chalene Johnson Welcome! I agree with @David Hall, go to youtube and search wholesaling. There's tons of information there. A lot of videos walk you through the entire wholesale process and even explain things like purchase agreements.

Another piece of advice that I have been receiving from the BP community is finding a mentor. Attending meetups and networking events may help with finding one.

I hope that helps and best of luck on your new journey!

Hey BP fam.  I am currently studying for the Georgia Real Estate License Exams as I am aiming to become a real estate agent in the short term. This is part of my exit strategy from my current 9-5 as the end goal is to become a real estate investor. Since my background is sales and I generally love houses, I figured this would be the best way for me to get started in real estate investing given the little resources I have.

In regards to the Georgia Real Estate License Exams, I'm studying state real estate license laws. I'm looking to connect with anyone else who is currently studying for their GA Real Estate License Exams as well. I'd love to learn a bit about how you are preparing for the exams (maybe you have some tips and tricks that I can learn from) and see if we can learn anything from each other. If interested then please let me know!

For anyone reading this who already has their real estate license please feel free to give advice! What I would really love to know is what kind of advantages do real estate investors have with a real estate license vs not having a license.
