I have little to no experience and am currently looking to learn as much as I can from anyone willing to impart information/knowledge regarding buying property under market value, rehabbing, and renting. I currently reside in Michigan and am looking for people such as my self who are eager to learn, but more importantly, those with experience and knowledge to impart.
