I think long term is always something to look at. I look at net 15/20 years as long term. Some people still seem to think long term is 5 years down the line. :)

what the Us market is like, as we hear so much on the news about the sub prime problems, which had a direct effect on a UK bank. First run on a UK bank for many tens of years...

But not only that, to learn of other market opurtunities. As I have mention we are software developers as well as letting agents.

Hi many thanks for the welcome, I am actually based in the UK. I develop web applications for the property market. we have just finished setting up a website for the Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca. Eventually we would like to move more internationally, so I am here to learn. :)

Certainly do more marketing, and less buddy work...it doesn't pay and I have yet to get a big job from being too nice. My partner will be happier a well...:)

All classified ad website will get more and more helpful as more people realise they can find property for sale on it. Apparantly these free classofieds are hitting advertising revenue with newspapers. So they must be having some success.
