Is anyone doing wholesaling in the WB/Scranton/Hazleton area of northeast PA? I need a mentor. I want someone to show me the process from start to finish, contracts, etc... I will gladly give up a deal or two or split profit on some deals. Please let me know.

I am brand new to wholesaling and need a contract to use with the buyer and an assigment letter to assign the contract. Does anyone have any? Could you send them my way?

Has anyone heard of or had any experience with Kimberly & Charles Petty or any of their programs? They claim to have a course, and offer multiple ways of getting your investment back, plus they supposedly guarantee it! The cost is around $1500.00 and they claim they wholesale properties nationwide and can teach you to do the same? Anyone?

I am brand spankin' new and am still figuring things out. I haven't made my first deal yet and am learning gobs of invaluable information here! The forum has been a godsend to me! Is anyone assigning contracts in PA? I am in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area and am wondering what kind of success others may be having.

Please forgive my ignorance. I am an extremely green newbie. If I understood you correctly there are actually two contracts? One with me and the seller and then a second between me and the buyer?
