How long does the process take to transfer from personal to an LLC when purchasing a new property and what is involved? Also could I be liable during the transition period?

@Russell Brazil

Should I continue a cycle of pre-approvals if I don't find anything I want to buy during the timeframe?

How much does it effect my credit score?

I understand this is needed to buy a property, I'm trying to get information from my first question.

Thank you.

I understand that a Pre-Approval letter is typically good for 60-180 days depending on the lender, however I feel I don't want to get pre-approved unless I find a great property.

Should I go ahead and get pre-approved and if I don't purchase in that timeframe then simply redo it or is there another way? I also don't want the credit score hit from multiple pre-approvals.

Looking forward to everyone's thoughts on this and TIA!
