Thank you and nice to hear, Evan! I've learned a lot about being a landlord and managing the property. It wasn't bought as a rental but was my home. A year later I moved and decided to rent it since I had only owned in a year. Then the market crashed and I couldn't sell it for what I owed. Each year I dumped more money into it just to keep it up. However, now owning it 11 years, the major stuff is mostly done. I would like to add on, make it a 3/2 vs a 2/1 but not sure if that is the right decision. So much to learn!  

Hi! I'm new to the real estate market as a real estate agent and soon to be investor. Or maybe I'm already an investor since I have rental property....even though I haven't profited. I want to create several horizontal streams of income for myself and if I can help others do the same as a real estate agent then that would bring my joy as well. Looking forward to connecting with others, learning from the best, and bigger pockets.
