Speaker: Donald Ross
Donald Ross was active duty in the United States Marine for seven (7) years (2007-2014). During his time in service, they had systems and processes for everything! He was in charge of purchasing and tracking millions of dollars in unit assets. While working in the Contracting Department, he developed a CRM that tracked all unit requests from requirement to award. It tracked $200 million in contracts and is used to this day.
In 2014 a business partner and Donald Ross were flipping contracts (wholesaling) houses after being medically retired from the Marines. He built REI Automation Squad's first CRM for real estate investors due to their own requirements within their business. As they joined masterminds within the real estate investing community others were asking what they used and if it was something they offered as a service? Providing software as a service (SaaS) began and has grown into a multimillion dollar business.
Hosts: Jason Lund & Geoff Possley
Jason Lund
Jason is a real estate entrepreneur, coach, mentor and REIA partner. Jason is a partner at WiscoREIA, a real estate investor association, and a founder of DoYouNeedToSellFast.com, a real estate investment firm offering multiple investing strategies.
Jason has also founded a Coaching and Mentoring Group to educate individuals and families on how to grow their real estate investing business and how to manage life's tasks. Jason began his real estate journey in 2010 at the age of 30 with the purchase of a single family home in Green Bay, Wisconsin to buy, fix and sell.
He has flipped and wholesaled 100+ homes and has become a premier property investment firm in Northeast Wisconsin. Buying, fixing and flipping single family properties has always been Jason's preferred investing strategy, he has amassed multiple Rent-to-Own properties.
He has also successfully completed several short sale negotiations. Through his experience with real estate investing, Jason finds under performing properties with high potential and transforms them into quality homes. Creating win-win situations for all involved by providing his investors and clients secure and hassle free returns, and new homeowners with safe and quality properties they can call home.
He has also developed a solid management system that allows both himself and his clients to remotely oversee the successfully management of their investment property regardless of its location. Jason is currently focusing on different U.S. markets with a vision of single-family fix-and-flips, as well as long-term hold of multi-residential properties for lasting cash-flow.
Geoff Possley
Geoff is a part time buy and hold investor with investments in the Fox Valley and Sheboygan area. He is a full-time aircraft certification engineer for Gulfstream Aerospace in Appleton where he lives with his wife Laura and four children Carter, Madeline, Rowen and Brielle.
Geoff got started in real estate in 2005, with very little REI knowledge, when he purchased a single-family home with the plan to do a live-in flip over the next few years. After the bubble burst in 2008 his focus shifted from turning a profit to simply breaking even. This led Geoff to step away from real estate for a number of years until he discovered WiscoREIA in 2018 where he finally was able to acquire the knowledge and network that was necessary to be successful in real estate investing. His goal is to use REI as a means to retire early from engineering.
Geoff currently invests in single-family and small multi-family properties that he operates as traditional rentals as well as short term furnished rentals. In his free time Geoff enjoys camping with his family, playing golf, snowboarding, hunting, and good beer.

Topic: Local Full Time Investor Q&A Panel
Are you interested in leveraging real estate investing to quit your 9 to 5 job? Do you dream of having passive income from rentals to pay your bills or starting a million flipping company? This month,we will be bringing you 5 local investors who have accomplished just that and will be here to share their experiences and knowledge with you. We will have investors from multiple different niches within real estate, from landlording and rental properties to flippers to private money lenders and new construction. Bring your questions and get ready to network with other investors who are crushing it in our local real estate market!
Our panel:
Dan Yurkovich
Andy Baugher
Mary Cotter
Don Taylor
Kevin Finley
Hosts: Dan Yurkovich & Andy Baugher
Dan Yurkovich
Dan started his investing career in 2018 when he moved to Kenosha and bought his first property to “house hack” and begin building a rental portfolio. After struggling in real estate for 2 years, he eventually found WiscoREIA in 2020. Networking with other local investors at the monthly meetups, he quickly learned the potential to become financially free through real estate and dove in head first.
He started acquiring more rentals using the "BRRRR" method and eventually got into flips, wholesales, and creative financing. In June, 2022, Dan was able to leave his fulltime job as a mechanical engineer and start investing in real estate full time. He specializes in buying rentals with no money down and is always eager to learn new strategies to buy properties and help sellers in difficult situations.
Dan loves to share what he has learned with other investors and get those around him excited about the life-changing potential of real estate investing. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, trying new food, playing sports and snowboarding.
Andy Baugher
Andy has been passionate about real estate for all of his adult life. In 2012, Andy purchased his first commercial property and then continued his real estate investing over the years by purchasing and holding multifamily properties in the Racine/Kenosha area. His main strategy as an investor is buy and hold, but he enjoys and dabbles in BRRR, hard money lending and investing in syndicated deals. Andy built his portfolio over the years while working a full time W2 job. In 2022, Andy "Retired" from the "9 to 5" to enjoy financial freedom and continue to grow his investment portfolio and businesses. Andy and his wife own a local full-service real estate brokerage and a property management company.
In his free time, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife (Meagan) and two young children (Ben and Jack) as well as working out, running and almost any other outdoor activity.
Andy enjoys sharing his knowledge and insight with others about real estate investing and is passionate about helping people use real estate to build wealth and reach financial freedom.
