We are in the process of closing on a property outside of Orlando.  I was looking to hire a designer or decorator to help with decor of the property.  Possibly help to make some of the rooms with Disney themes.  Please reply or message me if interested.  Thanks.

I'm looking for an investor agent for STR in Four Corners, FL or the surrounding area. I'm looking to purchase in the next 3-6 months. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks everyone! Keep on killing it guys!

Do you use a HELOC as a downpayment for buy and hold properties or for BRRRR properties mostly? And why?

@Jeremy Pelle house hack. FHA loan for sure.
