Post: What's the best way to use my Direct mail budget

Hi, I'm new to Biggerpockets. I'm looking to start wholesaling to get my feet wet as an investor to build some capital.

Currently, I only have about 1,000 dollars to spend on a direct mail campaign. I keep hearing that DM works better over time. My question is:

1 - Do I use the whole amount at one time or spread it out over time ie, $500 for 2 months or 300 for            3 months etc.

2 - With this being my 1st campaign. I'm not really sure what kind of list I should use for the best results.

Thanks

I haven't worked with them but from my understanding.  As long as the home meets there criteria and the lease purchaser meet their minimum qualifications. They will purchase the home.  An agent will represent Trio / buyer during the buying process

Trio purchases the home using an FHA loan, then they lease it back to the original person that wanted to lease/purchase the home.
