Thanks, Jordan! We weren't targeting Stuart, FL specifically but good to know! Are you one of those attorneys that are board certified in real estate?

Hi All

We are looking for a lawyer that specializes in multifamily real estate deals (5+ units) that is also comfortable putting together an operating agreement for our newly established partnership.

Unfortunately/fortunately, we are not locked into a specific state currently so a lawyer that has experience in multiple states may be a better route.

Does anyone have good recommendations?
