Hey everyone

I'm a investor in Del a Where? as well. I have three properties at the moment. (Middletown, Newport, Claymont) I'm looking for more in Claymont at the present there is a little area that I love. Would love to meet up with fellow investors as well to talk about deals and stuff. Someone should set a date to all meet. As for agents I haven't found a good agent yet. I've found all my deals and just used them to write offers. Seems they are lazy and unmotivated or I just have high expectations. I always say I'm going to get my license one day.
