I’m looking to get a fourplex under contract but don’t want to come out of pocket for 25%. Outside of having the 25% in cash to pay the down payment, do you know of any creative ways to get the 25% without having to come out of pocket ?

Need some help here before I get the property under contract .

What is the best rental payment system for landlords. I’ve seen a few that combine screenings, rental payments, and security deposit options.

Just look to see what some of you have used and your experiences with these systems.
