My name is William Ward and im a 14 year old boy and know the basics about wholesaleing but that is not enough for me. I would like to know as much as a can since im a beginner. Please comment tips, websites, and more.

Since you are new to real estate i would recommend that you try wholesale. Why because in wholesale it is the easiest part of real estate. You also do not need all the money you need for the other parts of real estate. Im 14 years old and is about to close my first deal soon and just recently started. So as a beginner you should read lots of books find a mentor and try wholesaling. Hope i helped
