@Bill Plymouth, I've used both and found both useful but definitely give REIPro more credence...the "thumbs-up" over PropStream. REIPro is user friendly, PStream is a little confusing. Most important, REIPro has legitimate MLS sales data - we verified this thru a realtor friend - PStream was all over the place. Having accurate MLS data has saved my partner and me thousands...literally.

My partner Phil and & I are quickly progressing with leads & its definitely time to automate/get a lead conversion system. Anyone have a particular affinity (or dismay) toward Wholesale Hacker, InvestorPO, or InvestorFuse, or etc.? Thank you for your valuable time and advice; we sincerely appreciate it!

@Benjamin Manibog don’t do it Benjamin! You already have the drive as evidenced by your being at such a seminar. Put that drive to more efficient use - teach yourself thru books & attend various seminars - & then you’ll find that “things just start to happen”, organically. Best of luck friend.
