My PMS already has this built in and I know many others are working on the same idea. It may be a good idea but I'm not sure how long it's self-sustaining.

Yes, I agree, with AI improving at the rapid rate it is, tools like these will soon be left behind - but for the moment a fair few hosts have really liked them.

Haha yeah, I think we’re all out of a job once AI gets to this point though… who knows what the future holds.

Hi all, I've developed an AI tool to replace welcome books. I call it a virtual concierge - Essentially, guests text a number with any questions they have (where's the TV remote? what's the WIFI password? What are the best restaurants near me?), and it auto responds with the answer. We can train it however you'd like; the aim is to modernise AirBnB's to get better reviews (and also stop guests from messaging you directly with silly questions). What do you guys think? I'm looking to start selling it to hosts.
