Hello, my name is Will Kurtz and I really want to get into real estate investing and more specifically rental property investing. I'm 23 years old and don't have much experience, but I've read several books, most recently David Greene's BRRRR book, and have a real passion for the industry. I'm looking to meet new people who are also looking for a mutualistic relationship with new, young investors. I'm currently very confident in that I know what I need to do to be successful in this field, I'm just looking for people who not only can help me with reassurances, leads, financing, etc. but for people whom I can be a resource for as well. One of the main things I've learned is that it goes both ways and I want to make sure I'm doing my part to help the people I'll be working with just as much as they're helping me. Once I have the ball rolling and my core group of people around me, I have zero doubt that we can be extremely successful!

I'm currently a senior in college, but will probably stay on more year to get my masters because I'm ahead of schedule. I honestly have no idea what I want to do when I graduate, but stock market investing and real estate investing are the two things I find most interesting. My dad got me going in the stock market a little over a year ago and I'm going to college on scholarship so I have some money saved up. I understand I'm going to need to get a job to form some kind of income at the beginning, but I just started reading The Book On Rental Property Investing and already am very intrigued and interesting in living with financial freedom. So I was just curious from people with experience what would be a good way to go about investing in real estate properties with the idea of renting them as opposed to flipping, etc in 2 years or so once I graduate college.
