Hi Guys!  I have just purchased a single family rental that sits on 1.8 acres!  I want to put some mobile homes on it what should pay for a mobile home???

I am looking for ways to finance a multi- $350,000 deal.  I guess I will need 70,000 for a downpayment???  If any body can help me or make any suggestions it would helpful.  If not I guess I will have to pass on this multi-.  Thanks!
